When a customer expresses interest in a product or service through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, the process typically includes requirement analysis, consultation, site visit (where applicable), material selection, design confirmation, and pricing finalization. Only after the customer provides explicit approval and makes the agreed advance payment does the order move into the production or execution phase.
Because of this personalized approach, each order is unique and tailored to the customer’s space, preferences, and functional needs.
Accuracyof Designs, Materials,and Finishes
Mooble Craft LLP follows a precision-driven approach in design and manufacturing. All materials, fabrics, finishes, colors, textures, foams, woods, hardware, and automation components used in a project are finalized only after customer approval. We ensure that the final delivered product strictly adheres to the specifications confirmed during the design and selection stage.
We do not consider variations in color, texture, material quality, or finish as acceptable deviations. Our internal quality control processes are designed to ensure that what is approved by the customer is exactly what is delivered and installed.
Order Confirmation and Payment
Once the design, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon, the customer is required to make an advance payment to confirm the order. This advance amount enables us to procure materials, allocate production resources, and schedule manufacturing or execution.

In such cases, customers will be informed proactively, and revised timelines will be communicated transparently.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding site conditions, measurements, electrical provisions, access points, and any other relevant details required for execution. Delays or complications arising due to incorrect or incomplete information may affect timelines or cost estimates.
Customers are also expected to ensure that the site is ready for installation as per the agreed schedule.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Mooble Craft website, including but not limited to brand name, logo, designs, layouts, images, videos, text, illustrations, drawings, and software elements, are the intellectual property of Mooble Craft LLP. Limitation of Liability
Mooble Craft LLP’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the scope of services agreed upon in the confirmed order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
